Luck67 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "you," "your") and Luck67 ("we," "us," "our," "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the services available at luck67.ws, including sports betting, live casino, poker, promotions, and all related features.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet on Luck67, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. To register and use Luck67, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be registering as an individual on your own behalf — not on behalf of a third party, corporation, or any other legal entity.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on Luck67. Where duplicate accounts are identified, Luck67 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and confiscate any balances or winnings across those accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and Pakistani mobile number. Providing false information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

Once your Luck67 account is created, you are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under it. This includes all bets placed, all deposits made, all withdrawals requested, and all communications sent from your account. Luck67 will treat all actions taken from your account as having been authorised by you.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials — your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person, including family members. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify Luck67 support immediately.

You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change — particularly your mobile number and email address, as these are used for important account communications including withdrawal confirmation and security alerts.

• Keep your password strong and unique to Luck67.
• Log out of your account when using shared devices.
• Never allow another person to use your account, even temporarily.
• Report suspected unauthorised access to support@luck67.ws immediately.

Luck67 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access that results from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

All financial transactions on Luck67 are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Luck67 currently supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

• Easypaisa — minimum deposit Rs 200, withdrawals typically within 15 minutes
• JazzCash — minimum deposit Rs 200, withdrawals typically within 15 minutes
• NayaPay — minimum deposit Rs 200, withdrawals typically within 20 minutes
• SadaPay — minimum deposit Rs 200, withdrawals typically within 20 minutes
• Bank IBFT — minimum deposit Rs 500, withdrawals typically 1–4 hours
• Visa/Mastercard — minimum deposit Rs 500, subject to card issuer processing time

Deposits are credited to your Luck67 account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Luck67 does not accept third-party deposits — all payments must come from accounts or cards registered in your own name that match the name on your Luck67 account. Third-party deposits will be returned and the associated transaction flagged for review.

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. Standard processing time is under 15 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash under normal operating conditions. Luck67 may request identity verification before processing withdrawal requests exceeding Rs 50,000 per transaction or Rs 200,000 in cumulative withdrawals within a 30-day period.

Funds deposited into your Luck67 account do not accrue interest. Luck67 is not a financial institution and player balances do not constitute a financial product. You should only deposit amounts you are comfortable using for entertainment purposes.

Luck67 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, referral rewards, and VIP Club benefits. All promotions are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer. The general conditions in this section apply to all Luck67 promotions unless an individual promotion states otherwise.

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds and must meet the stated wagering requirement before they or associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount must be staked. For example, a 5× wagering requirement on a Rs 2,000 bonus means Rs 10,000 in qualifying bets must be placed before withdrawal is permitted.
• Not all bet types contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports bets, live casino bets, and poker bets may carry different contribution percentages as stated in the specific promotion terms.

• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempting to claim the welcome bonus multiple times through different accounts is considered fraud and will result in account suspension.

The Luck67 Refer a Friend programme pays Rs 2,000 per qualifying referral to the referring player. A qualifying referral requires the referred friend to register a new account via the referrer's unique link and make a first deposit of at least Rs 500. The referral reward is cash with no wagering requirement attached and is withdrawable immediately upon credit.

All bets placed on Luck67 are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific or market-specific rules published in the betting section of the platform.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Luck67 does not accept requests to cancel or modify bets after they have been placed and confirmed, unless explicitly permitted by a specific market's rules.
• Bets placed on markets that are subsequently suspended due to technical error, live data failure, or obvious pricing error may be voided at Luck67's discretion. Voided bets return the staked amount to the player's balance.

• Maximum winnings per bet and per event are subject to platform limits, which vary by sport, market type, and account history.
• Luck67 reserves the right to limit stake amounts for individual players at any time, including for players who demonstrate consistent profitable betting on specific markets.

Cricket markets at Luck67 follow standard cricket betting rules. Ball-by-ball and over-by-over markets resolve based on the outcome of the specific delivery or over as confirmed by the official scoring data feed. Any discrepancy between the live stream and the data feed will be resolved using the official scoring data as the primary reference.

Where a sporting event result is subject to official appeal, protest, or review at the time of settlement, Luck67 will settle based on the result as declared by the relevant governing body at the time of settlement. If the result is subsequently reversed by an official governing body ruling within 48 hours of the original settlement, Luck67 will re-settle affected bets accordingly.

The Luck67 live casino section streams games from certified third-party studio providers. By participating in live casino games, you acknowledge that:

• Game outcomes are determined by the physical actions of real dealers in professional studios and are outside Luck67's direct control once a game round begins.
• If a technical disruption — including stream interruption, disconnection, or software error — occurs during a live game round, Luck67 will resolve the outcome using data recorded from the game provider's studio systems. Where no conclusive data is available, the affected round will be voided and stakes returned.
• Bets placed after the "No More Bets" signal in any live game will not be accepted and are returned immediately.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection before joining live tables. Luck67 is not liable for bets affected by the player's own connectivity issues.
• All live casino games display minimum and maximum bet limits before the player joins a table. These limits may change between sessions as determined by the studio provider.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Luck67 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Luck67 staff, other players, or live casino dealers through any communication channel including in-game chat.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with Luck67's software, platform infrastructure, or data feeds.

Luck67's risk and compliance team monitors account behaviour continuously. Players whose patterns suggest prohibited conduct will be placed under review without notification. During a review, withdrawal processing may be suspended pending the outcome of the investigation.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, transmit, or create derivative works from any Luck67 content without explicit prior written consent from Luck67. Scraping, harvesting, or automated extraction of data from Luck67 is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Luck67 shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred as a result of betting or gaming activity on the platform, including winnings not achieved or losses greater than deposited amounts.
• Service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, unplanned technical outages, third-party payment provider failures, or telecommunications disruptions outside Luck67's direct control.

Luck67's maximum liability to any individual player in respect of any claim arising from platform use shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You may close your Luck67 account at any time by contacting support@luck67.ws. Upon closing a voluntary account, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after completion of identity verification. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

Luck67 reserves the right to suspend or close any account — and withhold associated funds pending investigation — where:

• Prohibited conduct as described in Section 8 is detected or suspected.
• Identity verification documentation is not provided within the required timeframe.
• There is reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• The account holder is found to be under 18 years of age.
• A self-exclusion request has been made and processed.

Players whose accounts are suspended due to suspected fraud or abuse will be notified by email. Disputed account closures may be appealed by contacting support@luck67.ws within 30 days of the suspension notification.

Luck67 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Luck67 platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account before the effective date of the changes.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which Luck67 is licensed and incorporated. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through Luck67's internal complaints process will be referred to the applicable regulatory authority or arbitration body as designated by the platform's operating licence.

For complaints that cannot be resolved informally, Luck67 operates a formal dispute resolution procedure. Luck67 will respond with a formal resolution within 14 business days.
